Also, you know the Plan is working when you have a pretty robust breakfast of the following (and are still hungry afterwards):

Delicious Egg omelette consisting of:

2 1/2 eggs (~170 kcal)
1/2oz fake cheese (~25 kcal)
1/3 cup sliced peppers and onions (~40 kcal)
1 tbsp green salsa (medium) (~2.5 kcal)
1 chicken basil sausage, skinless (~140 kcal)

Of the resulting 378 (or so) calories, roughly 70 were from “fat” and half of those are “good fat”

That’s a pretty substantial breakfast. It filled the bowl up nearly all the way, and it took me a few minutes to get it all down.

I’m freaking starving.

I almost ate the driver of my carpool on the way in. When I got here, I “indulged” in 5.5 oz of Concord grape juice (120 kcal), and it didn’t even make a dent. My intellectual awareness of my caloric intake non-withstanding, I “should” be satisfied.

But I’m way too hungry to think about that right now.

Time for even more water, and some soothing tea. But oh, oh how I’d like to have a Coke, and fill it up with love
