On the Importance of Moderation, and of Water

As posted earlier, Yesterday I weighed in at 179 lbs around 5:30 in the Morning, and began my 3 Days.

My meals were as follows.

6:00 AM

Two Packets of Flavored oatmeal, 2 cups of decaffeinated Chai, 6 oz of Banana-Apricot Egg Custard.

9:00 AM Two (2) small Satsuma Oranges, 2 cups Roobios Red tea

11:45 PM

A Bowl of Polenta and spicy bean paste, a cup of Applesauce (unsweetened), 1/2 Cup of “power” mixed nutes (which I discovered were honey glazed, salted, and mixed with chocolate after the first bite)

4:00 PM

1 16 oz “odwalla-style” Super food drink, 1 Banana, 1 Gala Apple, one dried pineapple bar, one dired Gooseberry Bar, one Dried Mango Bar.

5:00 PM

Two Captain and Pinapple

7:00-8:30 PM

One Thomas Kemper Ginger Ale. One Hebrew National Sausage, rolled in Homemade Corndog Batter and fried in Vegetable Oil. 1 cup homemade baked beans, mixed in with Bacon and Scotch. 1/4 cup Fritos. One Glass of some fruity Italian Red wine. Two (2) pieces of homemade Cherry Pie, each with a scoop of vanilla bean Ice Cream.

9:00 PM

One Glass Fruity Italian Wine, one cigar not originating in the United States, and possibly not quite legal

9:30PM to 11:00 PM

1/2 bottle of Syrah.

5:30 AM to 3:00 AM

Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water, Water,Walking, Walking, Water, Water, Walking, Water, Walking, Water, Walking, Water, Water, Water, Sleep

11:00 AM today. 179 Lbs

I feel Fantastic. And, Hungry. Think I’ll have some oatmeal, and egg custard.
